This page explains what happens to the details you give Wirral Tree Surgery when you ask for a quote.

Who we are

Wirral Tree Surgery is an enquiry and introduction service for tree work on the Wirral. We pass your enquiry to a local tree surgeon, who contacts you, visits and quotes. Any work and payment are agreed directly between you and the tree surgeon.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, postcode, email address (if you give it), the details of the job and any photos you add.

Why we use it, and who sees it

We use your details to deal with your enquiry. We send them, with your photos, to our tree surgeon so they can call you, arrange a visit and give you a quote. We keep a record of the enquiry and what happened to it. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Where it's kept

Enquiries sent through the website, including any photos, are stored securely on servers in London.

How long we keep it

Photos are deleted after about 12 months. Enquiry details are kept for about two years, then removed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them.
